Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day back-office and administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning.
  • Maintain and update company records, databases, and documentation.
  • Handle data entry, prepare reports, and maintain MIS records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for operational and administrative support.
  • Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, courier, and facility requirements.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general office communication.

  • Support management with administrative tasks, documentation, and follow-ups.
