Back Office Executive (Loan Processing)

Job SummaryWe are looking for a Back Office Executive to support our financial services operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for processing,

reviewing, and managing loan-related documentation, including Project Finance, Working Capital, Home Loans, and other retail/corporate loan products.

Key Responsibilities·        

o Processing and verification of loan documents for:

o   Project Finance

o   Working Capital facilities

o   Home Loans and other loan products

·        Preparation and checking of application forms, KYC, and supporting documents

·        Data entry and maintenance of client and loan records

·        Coordination with clients, banks, and financial institutions for documentation and follow-ups

·        Tracking loan application status and maintaining MIS reports

·        Drafting emails and handling routine correspondence

·        Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of assigned work

Eligibility Criteria·        

· Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)

·        Experience: Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in loan processing/back-office preferred

·        Skills Required:

o   Basic computer proficiency

o   Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)

o   Email drafting and document handling

o   Attention to detail and good organizational skills
