Back Office Sales

Position: Back Office Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: Ahmedabad

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Director

RK Automation Solution is an industrial automation company dealing in PLC, HMI, AC/DC Drives, Control Panels and Automation Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1) Sales Support

Prepare techno-commercial quotations.

• Maintain quotation register & follow-up tracker.
• Follow up with customers for order confirmation.
• Coordinate with purchase & dispatch team.
• Support field sales engineers with documents & pricing.

2) Customer Coordination

Regular follow-up calls for pending quotations.

• Payment follow-up coordination.
• Maintain customer database.
• Handle basic customer queries.

3) Marketing Support

Send company introduction emails.

• Share product catalogues & brochures.
• Conduct tele-calling for lead generation.
• Fix appointments for field sales engineers.
• Support digital marketing activities when required.

4) Reporting & Documentation Maintain daily call report.

• Weekly follow-up summary.
• Monthly sales support MIS.
• Maintain CRM / Excel records properly.

5) Required Skills

• Good communication skills (English + Hindi)
• Strong email drafting ability
• Knowledge of MS Excel & Word
• Confident in customer calling
• Organized & follow-up oriented
• Basic knowledge of industrial automation preferred
• Experience Required 0–3 years in Back Office Sales / Inside Sales
• Industrial / Electrical background preferred
