Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential leads, customers, or partners.
  • Explain company products/services in a clear and professional manner.
  • Generate leads and schedule meetings/appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations team for order processing and follow-ups.
  • Handle incoming queries (calls / WhatsApp / email) and provide timely responses.
  • Prepare basic quotations, proposals, and share them with the customer.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly call/lead targets.
  • Follow up on pending quotations, payments, and documentation.
