Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Backend Operations Assistant to manage and support day-to-day backend processes. The role involves data handling, coordination with internal teams, reporting, and ensuring smooth operational workflows. Accuracy, accountability, and timely execution are key to success in this position.



Key Responsibilities·       Manage daily backend operational activities

·       Enter, verify, and maintain accurate data in internal systems

·       Coordinate with different department like Ground Staff, Accounts, and logistics teams

·       Process orders, transactions, invoices, or requests as per SOPs

·       Monitor workflow status and ensure timely completion of tasks

·       Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports

·       Identify errors, discrepancies, and process gaps; escalate when required

·       Ensure compliance with company policies and data security standards

·       Support audits, reconciliations, and internal reviews

·       Assist in process improvement and automation initiatives



Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in backend operations, operations support, or admin roles
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or internal management systems
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Gujarati Language



Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience in logistics and e-commerce
  • Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting
  • Exposure to automation tools or workflow systems
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
