We are a multi brand concept with a Turkish QSR, Conti-Fusion Cafe and Modern Fine Dine Restaurant.

• Key Responsibilities Kitchen Operations Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen management
• Supervise food preparation and cooking during service
• Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation
• Take charge of kitchen operations in the absence of the Executive Chef
• Team Management Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff
• Assign duties and manage duty rosters
• Maintain discipline, grooming, and professional behavior
• Conduct briefings and on-the-job training
• Food Safety & Hygiene Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and storage areas
• Ensure proper food storage, labeling, and FIFO practices
• Inventory & Cost Control Assist in ordering and receiving of raw materials
• Monitor food cost, wastage, and portion control
• Conduct daily and monthly stock checks
• Quality Control Monitor food quality before service
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle food-related complaints professionally
• Menu SupportAssist in menu planning and new dish development
• Standardize recipes and plating guidelines
• Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and team-handling skills
• Excellent culinary knowledge and cooking skills
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good communication and time management skills
