We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to drive our bank partnerships and EDC/POS sales initiatives. This role requires strategic collaboration with banking partners to facilitate seamless deployment of EDC/POS devices, while leading a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) to meet aggressive growth targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial products, experience managing teams, and the ability to build high-impact partnerships that scale.

Establish and manage strategic Bank Tie-Ups for EDC/POS machine deployments.

Lead, mentor, and drive a high-performing team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) to achieve sales and merchant onboarding targets.

Plan and implement lead generation initiatives to ensure effective market penetration.

Drive branch activations and ensure achievement of Capex revenue targets.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the banking and financial services sector.

Experience: 4–7 years in Sales, preferably in Banking or FinTech domains.

Proven ability to lead and manage sales teams.

Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.

Prior experience with EDC/POS terminals, merchant acquisition, or financial products is preferred.

Results-driven with the ability to handle targets and deadlines.
