Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Beauty Therapist to deliver high-quality beauty and wellness treatments to clients. The ideal candidate is professional, client-focused, and committed to providing exceptional service while maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a range of beauty treatments, including facials, massages, waxing, tinting, manicures, pedicures, and skincare treatments
• Conduct client consultations to assess needs and recommend suitable treatments and products
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic treatment environment in line with health and safety standards
• Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat bookings and customer loyalty
• Promote and sell retail products and additional services when appropriate
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
• Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and treatment techniques
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements & Skills

• Recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy (Level 2/3 or equivalent)
• Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist (preferred but not essential for junior roles)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Passion for beauty, skincare, and client wellbeing
