Summary:
As a BI Engineer, you will engage in the development, migration, deployment, and maintenance of data-driven insights and knowledge engine interfaces. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the solutions you create drive adoption and informed decision-making while integrating essential security and data privacy measures. You will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that support organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the design and implementation of data models that support business intelligence initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI), Microsoft SQL Server.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Experience in developing interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices to effectively communicate insights.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
