Job Description
- Prepare measurement sheet from onsite data & drawings.
- Prepare Estimates for RFP /Tenders.
- Prepare bill of quantities & bills with rates from Tender
- Prepare Rate analysis for item of works.
- Get the bills certified from the PMC/Client.
- Check bills raised by the contractor. This includes on-site verification of measurement & verification of rates with Tender.
- To take the measurement from the site engineer.
- Frequent Visit of Sites to Ensure the Billing
- Maintain ERP records
