•	Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify discrepancies 
•	Create invoices and handover to the warehouse team in accordance with purchase orders. 
•	Verify the validity of any party debit accounts that may exist. 
•	Add new accounts 
•	Ensure that each client is aware of any deadlines and outstanding obligations. 
•	Follow-up with the parties with receivable database.
