Job Description

Responsibilities of candidates include: • creating invoices and credit memos • issuing them to vendors/customers by all necessary means • updating vendors/customer files. • Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify discrepancies • Create invoices and handover to the warehouse team in accordance with purchase orders. • Verify the validity of any party debit accounts that may exist. • Add new accounts • Ensure that each client is aware of any deadlines and outstanding obligations. • Follow-up with the parties with receivable database. • Offer solutions for any client-related issues; • • Write detailed billing reports, stock reports and achievement reports to the sales team with accurate information
