BIM Modeler

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented BIM Modeler to create, manage, and coordinate Building Information Models for architectural, structural, and/or MEP projects. The role is suitable for freshers to candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to learn and grow in the BIM field.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert CAD drawings into BIM models as per project requirements
• Create and update 3D BIM models and construction drawings
• Assist in preparing plans, sections, elevations, and basic schedules
• Support basic model coordination and clash identification
• Develop as-built models; Scan to BIM (S2B) experience is an advantage
• Follow project BIM standards, workflows, and naming conventions

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree holder in Engineering or Architecture
• Fresher to 2 years of experience can apply
• Basic understanding of construction drawings and building components

Required Skills & Basics

• Knowledge CAD to BIM workflows
• Basic understanding of BIM concepts and 3D modeling
• Ability to read and interpret architectural / engineering drawings
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic coordination and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to project requirements

Additional Requirements

• Ready to relocate to Ahmedabad
• Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines
