Biomedical Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Installation, calibration, and commissioning of Laser, RF, and Ultrasound-based aesthetic medical devices
• Preventive maintenance and breakdown servicing at client locations
• Technical troubleshooting and fault diagnosis of capital medical equipment
• Provide technical training and product demonstrations to clients
• Support sales team with pre-sales technical discussions and site evaluations
• Maintain service reports, documentation, and inventory records
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols
• Manage client relationships and ensure high service satisfaction
