BMS/EMS- BMS System Design

Responsibilities

• Defining communication protocol, and functions of battery packs and containers
• Lead the development and implementation of Battery Management Systems (BMS) for battery energy storage applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define BMS requirements, architecture, and specifications
• Manage the execution of BMS R&D projects, including resource allocation, budgeting, and timeline adherence
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance BMS reliability, efficiency, and functionality
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory standards related to BMS
• Collaborate with external partners and vendors to evaluate and integrate cutting-edge BMS components and solutions
• Contribute to the strategic roadmap for BMS technology evolution and product roadmap alignment

Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards in all BMS development activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
