To achieve the allocated Business Targets for WC & LAP and ensure quality of file login in terms of completeness as per login check list: To ensure minimum productivity as per the Budget/Plan as well as improve TAT

Budgeted rate and Fee Income for the financial year :Ensure Fee income and minimum spread as per guidelines

Portfolio quality: To ensure portfolio quality by focusing on quality sourcing and proper screening at his level.To ensure portfolio. Hygiene by ensuring all housekeeping items are closed and complied within the stipulated time.To ensure prompt closure of all audit queries and adherence to compliance related aspects
