Branch Manager

Branch Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee all day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and service quality.
• Responsible for P&L management and ensuring overall profitability of the branch.
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales and support staff, building a motivated and accountable team.
• Monitor team performance, set targets, and conduct regular reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Operations, Customer Service, Finance) to streamline branch functions.
• Drive the branch’s strategic initiatives in line with company goals.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory, safety, and compliance standards.
• Represent the company with external stakeholders such as industry associations, authorities, and local networks.
