Branch Manager – Immigration Services

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Branch Manager to lead our Immigration Business unit. The role will oversee all operational aspects of the branch, drive revenue growth, and ensure exceptional client service while maintaining compliance with immigration regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of immigration consultants and support staff.

- Manage day‑to‑day branch operations, including client intake, documentation, and case filing.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.

- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and procedural changes.

- Ensure all client files and processes comply with regulatory requirements and internal standards.

- Foster strong relationships with clients, referral partners, and external stakeholders.

- Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management.

- Handle escalated client issues and provide timely resolutions.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, International Relations, or related field; MBA is a plus.

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in immigration consulting or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong understanding of immigration frameworks (e.g., visa categories, compliance).

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
