Brand Manager
Skills:
· Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand manageKey Responsibilities
Brand Strategy and Management
· Develop and implement the brand strategy to enhance brand awareness and market share. · Manage the brand’s image, ensuring consistency in all communications and marketing efforts.
· Conduct market research to understand consumer needs, preferences, and trends. Marketing Campaigns
· Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, and social media.
· Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making adjustments as needed to optimize performance.
Product Development
· Collaborate with the product development team to ensure new products align with the brand’s identity and meet market demands.
· Provide input on product design, packaging, and pricing strategies.
Sales Support
· Work closely with the sales team to develop sales strategies and materials that support brand initiatives.
· Provide training and support to sales personnel on brand guidelines and product knowledge.
Budget Management
· Develop and manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring all activities are cost-effective and within budget constraints.
· Track spending and ROI to ensure maximum efficiency of marketing expenditures. Stakeholder Management
· Liaise with external agencies, suppliers, and partners to ensure effective execution of brand initiatives.
· Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align brand strategy with business objectives.
Performance Analysis
· Analyze brand performance metrics, including market share, brand equity, and customer satisfaction.
· Prepare regular reports on brand performance and present findings to senior management.
System Optimization
· Implement , Analyse & Create efficient system run daily operations in coordination with various department ,internal & external stake holders
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role. Experience in FMCG is a plus.
· Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends. · Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
· Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. · Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Working Conditions
· This position is based in Ahmedabad
