Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call potential leads generated through performance marketing campaigns.
  • Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant skincare products.
  • Regularly follow up on cold and warm leads to ensure higher conversion rates.
  • Clearly explain product features, benefits, usage, and ongoing offers.
  • Maintain daily call and conversion tracking using CRM tools or Excel.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
  • Coordinate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages will be an advantage).
  • Confident, energetic, and target-driven approach.
  • Ability to understand and articulate skincare product features effectively.
  • Basic working knowledge of CRM tools and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
