Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Call potential leads generated through performance marketing campaigns.
- Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant skincare products.
- Regularly follow up on cold and warm leads to ensure higher conversion rates.
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, usage, and ongoing offers.
- Maintain daily call and conversion tracking using CRM tools or Excel.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Coordinate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages will be an advantage).
- Confident, energetic, and target-driven approach.
- Ability to understand and articulate skincare product features effectively.
- Basic working knowledge of CRM tools and Google Sheets.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
