Job Title: Business Development Associate
Company: Even Healthcare
Working Days: 6 days a week (Saturday & Sunday included)
Shifts: Rotational shifts for 9 hours between ( 9am to 9pm)
Week Off: On weekdays
Employment Type: Fulltime Work Experience (years): 0 - 2 Years
Annual Compensation: Upto 5 Lacs CTC (Including Fixed and Variable)

Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our inside sales team in Bangalore. You will play a critical role in driving online and inside sales, converting leads, and delivering a seamless customer experience in a fastpaced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Make 125+ outbound calls daily to potential customers.
• Achieve 50+ connected calls and maintain 3+ hours of daily talk time.
• Handle inbound inquiries and follow up via phone, email, and chat.
• Explain Even’s healthcare membership plans clearly and persuasively.
• Convert leadsto paying customers and meet/exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate lead tracking and status updatesin the CRM.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with team members and attend regular training sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 0-2 years of experience in inside sales or online sales (healthcare/insurance experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
• Fluent in English (regional language proficiency is a plus).
• Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Comfortable with high-volume calling and fast-paced work culture.
• Proficient in CRM tools and online communication platforms.
• Willingness to work in rotationalshifts, with rotational week offs, and Saturday & Sunday as working days. Performance Expectations(Daily KPIs)
