Job Description
· Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess their needs related to cold chain
· Generate potential leads, identify challenges faced by clients w.r.t temperature-controlled storage needs and effectively communicate value proposition of DCS Portable Cold Storage solutions
· Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase DCS’s products and services
· Prepare accurate quotes & proposals for clients, maintaining detailed database in the CRM system
· Utilize your negotiation skills to close deals with clients, addressing any queries professionally
· Gather feedback from potential clients, providing valuable insights to internal teams for continuous improvement
· Work in tandem with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery and installation of cold storage units, meeting client expectations
· Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while providing timely reports
· Coordinate, prepare, and actively participate in exhibitions and relevant business events to promote our products and services
· In addition to these responsibilities, you may be assigned other tasks as and when needed
