Job Description

  • Global Market & Export Expansion New Territory Entry: Identify, research, and penetrate industrial MRO markets in target regions (Nepal, Bhutan, East Africa, and the Middle East).
  • Channel Partner Management: Appoint and manage overseas agents or distributors to ensure a localized presence in foreign industrial hubs.
  • EXIM Compliance: Oversee export documentation, international shipping logistics, and compliance with regional trade regulations to ensure seamless cross-border delivery.
  • Digital Ecosystem & E-commerce Strategy Platform Ownership: Drive the adoption of the global e-commerce website among international and domestic B2B clients.
  • Funnel Management: Convert high-value digital inquiries into long-term procurement contracts.
  • Data Integration: Ensure all business development activities are mirrored in the Odoo/ERP system to maintain a "single source of truth" for global inventory and lead tracking.
  • Strategic Account & Vendor Relations Key Account Management: Directly handle negotiations and technical bidding for large-scale projects (steel/cement plant setups or major maintenance overhauls).
  • Strategic Sourcing: Build and maintain direct relationships with major OEMs and manufacturers to secure competitive pricing and priority supply chains.
