Job Overview :
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be smart, hardworking, and passionate about customer engagement and business growth. This role involves meeting clients, understanding their requirements, and effectively presenting our epoxy flooring solutions to convert leads into successful deals.
- Key Responsibilities: Client Interaction & Relationship Building:
- Visit potential and existing clients to understand their flooring requirements.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead Generation & Conversion:
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Present company services effectively and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Market Research & Sales Strategy:
- Keep up with market trends and competitors.
- Suggest improvements in services and strategies based on client feedback.
- Presentation & Communication:
- Deliver compelling presentations to showcase our services.
- Clearly explain technical aspects of epoxy flooring solutions in a simple manner.
Travel & Fieldwork :
- Willingness to travel frequently to different industrial sectors, including pharma, manufacturing units, warehouses, automobile industries, restaurants, garages, and basements.
- Key Requirements :Education: Any graduate (Marketing, Business, or Technical background preferred but not mandatory).
Experience:
- Not required; freshers with strong communication and learning abilities can apply.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales-driven mindset with a willingness to work hard.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to industry requirements.
- Other Requirements: Must be open to frequent travel.
