Job Description

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by developing new customer relationships, managing existing accounts, and supporting day-to-day commercial activities that lead to consistent order generation.


Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new B2B customers in the metals and alloys segment.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle: enquiry, quotation, negotiation, and order closure
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
  • Handle inbound enquiries from trade portals, website, and direct outreach
  • Prepare quotations, sales documentation, and customer communication
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and logistics follow-up
  • Maintain records of leads, customers, and sales pipeline
  • Support basic market outreach and business visibility activities
