Job Description
- Generate new leads through calls, emails, and social media.
- Identify potential clients and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert them into confirmed orders.
- Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and sales orders.
- Handle sales documentation such as:
- Quotation & Proforma Invoice preparation
- Sales Order & Delivery Note
- Invoice & Payment follow-up
- Export/dispatch document coordination (if applicable)
- Maintain daily activity records in ERP/Excel.
- Coordinate with the accounts and dispatch departments for order execution.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily / weekly sales reports and share with management.
- Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales (industrial or B2B preferred).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of sales documentation and basic accounting terms.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ERP systems.
- Self-motivated and result-driven personality.
