Business Development Executive

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue generation. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to understand client requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels
• Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, networking, and meetings
• Present company services and solutions effectively to clients
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions
• Attend meetings, demos, and industry events as required

Requirements:

• 1.5 to 2 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in Digital Marketing or IT industry)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships
• Understanding of digital marketing or IT services
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach
• Comfortable with client interaction and follow-ups
• Must be available to work from the office in Ahmedabad

Good to Have:

• Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency or IT firm
• Basic knowledge of proposal creation tools such as Canva
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
