Job Description
Job Summary:
The Field Sales Executive is responsible for driving the sales of products and services within a designated geographical area. This role requires direct interaction with potential and existing customers, building relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, results-driven, and skilled in sales strategies to expand market share, develop client accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation & Target Achievement:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new prospects.
Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer needs, inquiries, and complaints promptly.
Develop and implement effective strategies to retain existing clients and enhance customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge & Presentation:
Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products, services, and industry trends.
Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and sales pitches to prospective clients.
Tailor solutions to meet client needs, ensuring a high level of customer engagement.
Sales Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress.
Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the Sales Manager.
Prepare and update sales forecasts and pipelines.
Networking & Market Expansion:
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote the company’s products and services.
Leverage networking opportunities to build partnerships and generate new business leads.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
