Job Description

GIO Realty is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting our freelance partners across India, driving project sales, conducting site visits, and ensuring smooth property transactions in Dholera. This role requires a proactive, energetic individual who can manage multiple responsibilities and help the company achieve its growth objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


Support Freelance Partner Team: Assist and coordinate with freelance partners across India in promoting and selling GIO Realty's Dholera project.

Project Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and partners, highlighting project features and benefits.

Client Site Visits: Organize and lead client visits to Dholera, ensuring an informative and positive experience.

Project Explanation: Provide detailed information about the Dholera project to potential clients, addressing all questions and concerns.

Sales & Property Transactions: Drive the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry to final sale, ensuring a smooth transaction for the client.

Registry Support: Assist clients with property registry processes, ensuring legal documentation and formalities are completed accurately and efficiently.

Market Research: Stay updated on the real estate market trends in Dholera and provide insights to enhance the companys sales strategy.

CRM Management: Maintain and update client databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.


Skills and Qualifications:


Experience: 1-4 years of experience in real estate sales or business development roles.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to conduct presentations and build relationships.

Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong negotiation and closing skills.

Customer Service: A customer-centric approach with the ability to provide exceptional service and build long-term relationships.

Proactive Attitude: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to Travel: Flexibility to travel for client meetings and site visits, especially to Dholera.
