Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales growth, build strong client relationships and expand our customer base for software products.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, online platforms and referrals.

· Pitch and explain software products to prospective customers (CA’s, Tax Professionals, Businesses).

· Convert leads into sales through effective follow-ups and negotiations.

· Maintain and update customer data, leads and sales reports in CRM.

· Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

· Coordinate with marketing and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Collect customer feedback and share market insights with management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Commerce or related field.

· 1–4 years of experience in business development, sales or software sales (IT industry preferred).

· Strong communication and negotiation skills.

· Ability to understand and present software solutions effectively.

· Self-motivated, target-driven and result-oriented approach.

· Basic knowledge of Taxation, Accounting or software products is an added advantage.
