Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT services sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to convert prospects into long-term partners.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and online platforms
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions (Web, Mobile, AI, Offshore Team, Staff Augmentation)
  • Conduct initial discovery calls and coordinate with technical teams for solution alignment
  • Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and capability decks
  • Follow up with prospects and manage the complete sales lifecycle
  • Maintain and update CRM with leads, follow-ups, and deal status
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in IT services sales / B2B sales
  • Strong understanding of software development services and offshore models
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.) is a plus
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and process-oriented


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling Web Development, Mobile Apps, AI solutions, or Staff Augmentation
  • Prior experience working with international clients
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
