Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and people-friendly Business Development Executive who will be the face of Chatoree to restaurant owners across Ahmedabad. Your primary responsibility is to visit restaurants, pitch our platform, and successfully onboard them onto Chatoree.

Key Responsibilities

•       Visit restaurants across assigned zones in Ahmedabad and pitch Chatoree’s platform

•       Explain commission structure, benefits, and onboarding process to restaurant owners/managers

•       Assist restaurants in completing the onboarding process (menu upload, documentation, etc.)

•       Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners

•       Collect feedback from restaurant owners and share insights with the product team

•       Achieve weekly and monthly onboarding targets (target: 10–15 restaurants/week)

•       Coordinate with the tech team to resolve any onboarding issues

•       Maintain a tracker/report of daily visits and onboarding status

Requirements

•       Excellent communication skills in Gujarati, and Hindi

•       Prior experience in field sales, BD, or restaurant/hospitality industry is a strong plus

•       Comfortable with door-to-door visits and meeting new people daily

•       Basic smartphone proficiency (to demo the app and complete onboarding)

•       Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

•       Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred)

Nice to Have

•       Previous experience at Zomato, Swiggy, or similar food-tech platforms

•       Existing network of restaurant contacts in Ahmedabad

•       Experience using CRM tools or Google Sheets for tracking

Compensation & Perks

•       Fixed salary: ₹18,000 – 35,000/month (based on experience)

•       Performance incentive: ₹300 – 500 per restaurant successfully onboarded

•       Fuel/travel allowance for field visits
