Job Description
Position: Business Development Executive (BDE) š¼
Location: Ghatlodia, Ahmedabad š
Salary Range: ā¹20,000 - ā¹40,000 per month (based on experience and performance) š°
Job Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM | Monday to Saturday š¤š
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ā ā Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Proactively seek out and engage potential clients to expand the company's customer base. š
ā¢ā ā Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. š¤
ā¢ā ā Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and identify potential areas for growth. š
ā¢ā ā Sales Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies. š
ā¢ā ā Presentations and Negotiations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients and negotiate contracts to close deals. š£ļøāļø
ā¢ā ā Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions and monitor sales performance to achieve targets. šš
Qualifications:
ā¢ā ā Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. š
ā¢ā ā 1-2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the services sector. š¼
ā¢ā ā Strong communication and negotiation skills. š£ļøš¤
ā¢ā ā Ability to work independently and as part of a team. š„
ā¢ā ā Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. š»
