Job Description

 

We are seeking a confident and customer-focused Inside Sales to manage inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare product sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, the ability to explain product features clearly, and a customer-centric attitude. She will be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and ensuring high satisfaction levels.

 

Key Responsibilities:Ø  Make outbound sales calls to promote and explain healthcare products to potential customers.

Ø  Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.

Ø  Understand customer needs and recommend suitable healthcare products or solutions.

Ø  Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.

Ø  Follow up with leads to ensure conversion and customer satisfaction.

Ø  Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

Ø  Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.

Ø  Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.

Ø  Provide feedback and insights to improve sales strategies and customer experience.

 

Qualifications:Ø  Experience:

1 to 3 years of experience as a Customer Relationship Executive, Service, Inside Sales Executive, Or a similar role

Ø  

Communication Skills:Excellent spoken English & Hindi, with strong telephone etiquette, clear articulation, and confident product explanation skills.

Ø  Sales & Customer

Handling Skills :Proven ability to handle customer inquiries, promote products over calls, convert leads, and meet sales or service targets.

Ø  Interpersonal Skills:Strong interpersonal abilities with the skill to build rapport, trust, and long-term relationships

with customers over calls.

Ø  

Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, Nutrition, or any related field is preferred. Relevant tele-sales or product sales experience is also acceptable
