Job Description: Business Development Associate (SaaS Sales)

Makquick is a cutting-edge SaaS platform designed to revolutionize the building material industry. From tiles and sanitary ware to hardware and lighting, we provide dealers with a powerful toolkit featuring a 3D Visualizer, a database of over 5 lakh+ SKUs, and an automated quotation-making system. We are on a mission to digitize showrooms and streamline the sales process for the entire building material ecosystem.


The Role:We are looking for a high-energy, persuasive Business Development Associate to drive our subscription sales. Your primary focus will be to identify potential leads (dealers, distributors, and showroom owners), demonstrate the value of the Makquick ecosystem, and convert them into long-term subscribers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Subscription Sales: Actively prospect and close new business deals to meet and exceed monthly subscription targets.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling live or virtual demos of the Makquick app, showcasing the 3D visualizer and quotation features.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to key decision-makers in the building material industry (tiles, sanitary ware, hardware, etc.).
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong rapport with dealers, ensuring they understand the ROI of the software.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer feedback.
  • What We Are Looking ForExceptional Communication: You must be a "people person" with the ability to explain complex software features in a simple, relatable way.
  • Sales Grit: A proven track record in B2B sales or SaaS subscriptions is highly preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the building material, interior design, or construction industry is a major plus.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using mobile apps and software tools to present and manage your workflow.
  • Self-Starter: Someone who can work independently, manage their own schedule, and hunt for new opportunities
