Job Description

identifies new revenue opportunities, builds client relationships, and drives company growth by finding prospects, pitching solutions, negotiating deals, and collaborating with marketing/sales teams to expand market presence and meet sales targets


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Source new business through research, networking, events, and outreach.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong connections with new and existing clients.
  • Sales & Strategy: Develop and implement sales plans, create proposals, give pitches, and close deals to meet revenue goals.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct research on market trends and competitors to spot opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies.
  • Reporting: Track sales metrics, update CRM systems (like Salesforce/HubSpot), and report progress to management. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Skills: Communication, negotiation, relationship-building, strategic thinking, problem-solving, time management, resilience.
  • Tools: Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools.
  • Experience: Often requires a background in sales, marketing, or customer service.
