Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Qualification:

·        Source and qualify potential sales leads from various databases and tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Google, website).

·        Conduct thorough research to identify target companies and potential clients.

·        Evaluate leads based on BANT criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline) and transition qualified leads to sales representatives.

 

Outbound Sales:

·        Initiate and manage outbound sales efforts through emails, calls, and messages.

·        Personalize outreach and continuously follow up with potential leads to nurture relationships and drive conversions.

 

Data Analysis and CRM Management:

·        Utilize data tools to gather and analyze data for lead generation.

·        Log interactions, track lead status, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

·        Create and review metrics and reports to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field/MBA in marketing.

·        Proven experience in lead generation, outbound sales, and sales development.

·        Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

·        Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·        Leadership potential and experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
