Business Development Executive (BDE)

This is a high ownership, execution-heavy role requiring strong outreach, negotiation, and on-ground presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partnerships & Distribution Expansion Retail & Studio Partnerships
• Outreach to gyms, yoga studios, pilates studios, wellness centers
• Pitch retail placement, consignment, or partnership models Corporate Gifting & Bulk Orders
• Reach out to HR teams and corporate decision makers
• Pitch wellness gifting solutions
• Manage bulk orders and repeat relationships Collaboration & Growth Partnerships
• Identify collaboration opportunities with brands and communities
• Continuously identify and onboard new revenue channels such as: • Creative agencies • Influencer studios • Wellness centers • Corporate offices • Event organizers • Content creators • Community organizers Execution & Operations Support
• Maintain CRM and outreach trackers
• Track partnership performance and conversions
• Assist with events, activations, and studio operations when required
