Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Identify and reach out to potential clients in need of website development and digital marketing services via cold calls and emails to generate leads.
• Convert leads into long-term clients through strong communication, proposals, and negotiations.
• Understand the client’s business, target audience, and objectives to recommend suitable digital marketing strategies and website solutions.
• Conduct consultations to understand specific requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
• Collaborate with the project management and design teams to ensure proposal feasibility and scope alignment.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in website development and digital marketing.
• Monitor competitor offerings and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Guide clients through the onboarding process after closing deals.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and explore opportunities for upselling additional services.
