Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive to expand our US staffing and recruitment business. The role involves acquiring new US-based clients, managing the complete sales cycle, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in US staffing sales and a strong understanding of the US recruitment landscape.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Identify, prospect, and onboard new US clients for staffing and recruitment services
• Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
• Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Understand client hiring requirements and collaborate closely with recruitment teams
• Handle rate negotiations, contracts, MSAs, NDAs, and service agreements
• Work with VMS / MSP platforms and manage client submissions
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with direct clients
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Maintain accurate sales data, forecasts, and pipeline reports using CRM tools
• Stay updated with US staffing market trends, competitor activities, and hiring demands
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience in US staffing business development / sales
• Strong understanding of US hiring models (C2C, W2, 1099, Full-Time)
• Prior exposure to IT staffing is highly preferred
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and client management abilities
• Target-driven mindset with a strong focus on revenue and closures
• Ability to work independently during US business hours
