Job Description

Business Development Executive (BDE)

Finquest Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive new client acquisitions and expand our presence in the Accounting & Bookkeeping Outsourcing market. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of outsourcing sales, lead generation, and experience dealing with CPA firms, accounting practices, and SMEs in global markets (Australia / UK / USA / UAE).



Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and partnerships targeting CPA firms and businesses requiring outsourced accounting.
  • Present company services such as Bookkeeping, Payroll, BAS/Compliance Support, Virtual CFO, and End-to-End Accounting Outsourcing.
  • Understand client pain points and provide tailored service proposals, pricing, and presentations to decision-makers.
  • Maintain and update CRM pipeline, track conversions, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal operations teams for smooth onboarding and client transition.



Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of accounting outsourcing services and industry terminology.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation & relationship-building skills.
  • Experience handling international prospects and time-zone communication.
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.



Preferred Experience

  • prior years of experience in B2B sales / outsourcing / accounting services sales.

Experience working with CPA firms, bookkeeping companies, or KPO/BPO sales is an advantage.


Office Timings will be 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Saturday
