Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and generate high-quality leads.
- Build a strong pipeline using your market knowledge, connections, and research skills.
- Collaborate with department heads to document client needs, estimate pricing, and align on delivery timelines.
- Drive end-to-end sales — from pitch to negotiation to closure.
- Participate in and lead brainstorming sessions to uncover new service offerings and sales angles.
- Work with our strategy team to develop razor-sharp proposals tailored to client objectives.
- Map and engage key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Prepare and present monthly/quarterly performance reports.
- Proactively expand your network and represent the brand at relevant touchpoints.
- Address client objections professionally while guiding the conversation toward positive closure.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor offerings to fuel innovation.
Requirements:
- Killer presentation and storytelling skills
- Experience or strong understanding of digital marketing services:
- Ability to think on your feet and contribute smart, relevant insights in any conversation
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
- A self-starter with a go-getter mindset and passion for marketing
