Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate high-quality leads.
  • Build a strong pipeline using your market knowledge, connections, and research skills.
  • Collaborate with department heads to document client needs, estimate pricing, and align on delivery timelines.
  • Drive end-to-end sales — from pitch to negotiation to closure.
  • Participate in and lead brainstorming sessions to uncover new service offerings and sales angles.
  • Work with our strategy team to develop razor-sharp proposals tailored to client objectives.
  • Map and engage key decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Prepare and present monthly/quarterly performance reports.
  • Proactively expand your network and represent the brand at relevant touchpoints.
  • Address client objections professionally while guiding the conversation toward positive closure.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor offerings to fuel innovation.


Requirements:

  • Killer presentation and storytelling skills
  • Experience or strong understanding of digital marketing services:
  • Ability to think on your feet and contribute smart, relevant insights in any conversation
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
  • A self-starter with a go-getter mindset and passion for marketing
