Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting market outlets, onboarding new merchants, promoting company products/services, and achieving assigned sales targets through direct field engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Visit assigned market areas and generate new business opportunities

Identify and onboard new retailers/merchants

Explain product/service benefits and offers to shop owners

Maintain strong relationships with existing outlets

Ensure proper branding and visibility at merchant locations

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Collect required KYC documents and complete onboarding formalities

Provide regular feedback from the market to the reporting manager

Resolve merchant queries and provide after-sales support

Submit daily activity and sales reports

Required Skills

Good communication and convincing skills

Ability to work in the field for long hours

Target-oriented and self-motivated

Basic knowledge of smartphones and apps

Strong negotiation skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred

Experience: 0–2 years in field sales / marketing

Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred

Local area knowledge is an advantage
