Business Development Executive (BDE)

Highlights:

• Position Title : BDE (UAE, Australia, newzeland, UK and Europe Markets) - Digital Marketing Services

Key Responsibilities :

• Prospect via Linkedin, email, cold calling, and outreach tools.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: discovery → pitch → proposal → negotiation → close.
• Pitch Digital Marketing solutions, including:
• Social Media Marketing
• Performance Marketing (Meta / Google Ads)
• SEO & Content
• Marketing Automation & CRM
• Focus on all types of clients and the unique needs of the as per our service.
• Maintain pipeline, forecasting, and CRM updates.
• Coordinate with marketing and delivery teams for smooth handover and client success.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Requirements :

• 0-3 years of B2B sales/BD experience in a digital marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, SMM, content strategy, and CRM tools.
• Experience working with any sector clients is a plus.
• Excellent English communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Hands-on with CRM tools, Upwork, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Google Workspace, Zoom/Meet.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and skilled at handling multiple prospects.

Preferred :

• Prior experience with overseas clients.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho,Odoo)
