Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Understanding Client Profile & Product.
- Understanding Client Profile & Product.
- Identify, pursue, and convert B2B sales opportunities, focusing on government and corporate tenders.
- Track and manage tender portals (GeM, CPPP, etc.) and generate leads from market research.
- Coordinate with technical teams for proposal submissions and client presentations.
- Build strong client relationships and negotiate contracts to close high-value deals.
- Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Requirements
- Fresher - 1 Year of sales experience, preferably in tender sales or B2B environment.
- Knowledge of tendering processes, portals, and documentation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Salary: Competitive and negotiable, with no bar for experienced candidates in the tender industry.
