Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Understanding Client Profile & Product.
  • Understanding Client Profile & Product.
  • Identify, pursue, and convert B2B sales opportunities, focusing on government and corporate tenders.
  • Track and manage tender portals (GeM, CPPP, etc.) and generate leads from market research.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for proposal submissions and client presentations.
  • Build strong client relationships and negotiate contracts to close high-value deals.
  • Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Fresher - 1 Year of sales experience, preferably in tender sales or B2B environment.
  • Knowledge of tendering processes, portals, and documentation.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Salary: Competitive and negotiable, with no bar for experienced candidates in the tender industry.
