Job Description
ARVESS SERVICESS PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand our client base across our three core verticals:
- Funding Services – Grant, Debt & Equity Funding
- Legal Services – CA, CS Services & Certifications
- Digital Marketing Services
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, and driving revenue growth across these service segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, field visits, and digital platforms
- Pitch company services including Funding, Legal (CA/CS), and Digital Marketing solutions
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable service packages
- Convert leads into clients and achieve monthly revenue targets
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Legal, Marketing) for seamless service delivery
- Maintain proper follow-ups and update CRM regularly
- Represent the company in meetings, business events, and networking platforms
Requirements:
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Target-oriented mindset
- Basic understanding of funding, legal compliance, or digital marketing is an advantage
- Comfortable with field sales (if applicable)
