Job Description

ARVESS SERVICESS PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand our client base across our three core verticals:

  1. Funding Services – Grant, Debt & Equity Funding
  2. Legal Services – CA, CS Services & Certifications
  3. Digital Marketing Services

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, and driving revenue growth across these service segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, field visits, and digital platforms
  • Pitch company services including Funding, Legal (CA/CS), and Digital Marketing solutions
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable service packages
  • Convert leads into clients and achieve monthly revenue targets
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Legal, Marketing) for seamless service delivery
  • Maintain proper follow-ups and update CRM regularly
  • Represent the company in meetings, business events, and networking platforms

Requirements:

  • 0–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Target-oriented mindset
  • Basic understanding of funding, legal compliance, or digital marketing is an advantage
  • Comfortable with field sales (if applicable)
