Job Description
• Handle domestic / international client inquiries and provide technical & commercial support.
• Prepare and send quotations, Proforma Invoices (PI), and sales contracts.
• Manage domestic / foreign client communication via email, calls, and virtual meetings.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams for order execution.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Stay updated on domestic / global chemical market trends (home cleaning, personal care, cosmetic products etc.).
• Ensure timely follow-ups and achieve sales targets.
