We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generator who can help us expand our customer base and increase sales through effective cold calling and business development strategies.
- Key Responsibilities:Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate new business leads.
- Identify and qualify potential customers through market research and database management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase company revenue and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
- Schedule meetings, product demos, or follow-up calls with prospective clients.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM tools.
- Provide feedback and insights to help improve sales scripts, processes, and marketing materials.
- Requirements:Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, or business development.
- Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English (spoken and written).
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, email communication).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory if experienced).
