We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generator who can help us expand our customer base and increase sales through effective cold calling and business development strategies.


  • Key Responsibilities:Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate new business leads.
  • Identify and qualify potential customers through market research and database management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase company revenue and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Schedule meetings, product demos, or follow-up calls with prospective clients.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM tools.
  • Provide feedback and insights to help improve sales scripts, processes, and marketing materials.
  • Requirements:Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, or business development.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, email communication).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory if experienced).
