Job Overview:- Aries Events Pvt. Ltd. is hiring motivated Business Development Executives (BDE) for Inside Sales and Field Sales roles. Candidates may apply for any one position based on their interest, experience, and strengths.

Position Options

Option 1: Inside Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp & CRM data
• Pitch exhibition stall bookings and sponsorship packages
• Follow up with potential exhibitors and close deals
• Share proposals, brochures, and payment details
• Maintain lead data and daily sales reports
• Achieve monthly and event-based targets

Option 2: Field Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Visit prospective exhibitors, manufacturers & distributors
• Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Collect booking forms, documents & coordinate payments
• Attend market visits, industry hubs & exhibitions
• Support event sales and on-ground coordination when required

Eligibility & Skills

• (For Both Roles)Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)
• 0–3 years of experience in B2B sales / events / exhibitions / services
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM & WhatsApp Business
• Willingness to learn and grow in the exhibition industry
