Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive, target-driven B2B Sales & Business Development Executive who can independently generate leads, build client relationships, and support revenue growth.
This role requires a combination of lead generation, client engagement, follow-ups, relationship building, and sales coordination.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with trade platforms like IndiaMART, CRM/ERP systems, and direct outreach strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
· Conduct internet research to identify potential B2B clients
· Source leads through platforms such as IndiaMART / TradeIndia
· Generate outbound leads through calls, emails, and direct outreach
· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients
Business Development Activities
· Identify new business opportunities across retail chains, distributors, wholesalers, and institutional buyers
· Develop and maintain relationships with B2B partners
· Understand client requirements and propose suitable product solutions
· Support pricing discussions, quotations, and proposal sharing
· Coordinate internally with operations and logistics teams for order execution
· Assist in expanding business in Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, and other potential markets
· Track competitor activities and market trends
Sales & Revenue Support
· Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
· Follow up consistently to convert leads into confirmed orders
· Maintain structured reporting of sales activities and pipeline progress
· Support in closing deals and onboarding new B2B clients
· Ensure repeat business and long-term client retention
System & Process Management
· Update and manage client data in CRM / ERP systems
· Maintain documentation of enquiries, quotations, and order records
· Ensure accurate reporting and data management
Who Can Apply
1 year experience in:
- B2B Sales
- Business Development
- Inside Sales
- Lead Generation
Freshers with strong initiative and relevant B2B internship experience may also apply.
Required Skills
✔ Basic computer and internet proficiency
✔ Comfortable with ERP / CRM systems
✔ Experience with IndiaMART / TradeIndia (preferred)
✔ Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
✔ Proactive mindset – not dependent only on inbound leads
✔ Clear communication skills (English & Hindi)
✔ Target-oriented and self-motivated
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience handling B2B/ B2C clients
- Has independently sourced and converted leads
- Comfortable working in a revenue-driven environment
- Strong coordination and relationship management skills
