Job Description
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new B2B clients through cold calling, field visits, references, and online leads
- Promote Trimss’s customized branding and manufacturing solutions to brands, exporters, manufacturers, and traders
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Prepare and share quotations, samples, and proposals
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Ensure repeat orders and upselling opportunities
- Act as a single point of contact between client and internal teams
- Handle client queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with production, design, and accounts teams for smooth order execution
- Follow up on approvals, payments, and deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and orders
- Submit daily/weekly sales activity and pipeline reports
